I loved how Taylor tied the venue in with her standup. It was odd at first but when she gave her resume on having been a Church comedien in her twenties was impressive. There was sound)audio concerns while the warm up comedien was starting out. The balcony people couldn't hear. That comedien and the audience went back and forth about whether they were messing with the warmup comedien to the point where Taylor came out to see if that was the case. Taylor said that they would stop to fix that problem. They left the stage and after a bit while we listen to music which was weird because we could hear the music. Then the sound came back and whoa, big difference. The venue was a beautiful place but the seats looked updated but spacing was a challenge for some. Five people had to get up to allow another to find their seat in the row. Taylor showed a short video that was obstructed for those in the sides under the balcony.

Great performance!

Tomlinson and her opening act Nickelson were both funny and relatable. They interacted with the crowd and it was a great act all in all. Drinks before hand obviously elevated the performance. Made for a fun girls night out!

Did not stop laughing! Both opening acts were incredible. Those bad reviews are a sham. This show was the same kind of comedy she always produces and that is hilarious content for the “girls, gays, and theys.”

It was disappointing that Taylor spent about 60 minutes on stage and that’s all. I saw on a Reddit post she replied to that her act was anywhere from 60 min to 90 min long depending on location and I don’t quite understand why Detroit got less material than other cities.

We were on the first floor in the back all the way over to the left, the first guy mumbled when he talked, they both finished the joke while the audience was laughing AND CLAPPING, never hardly heard the punchline. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT BUELL THEATER FOR $100.00 BUCKS!!!!!
