At first I wasn't taken in because Mercury was my HERO. I thought the
band was fabulous and Mullen's energy and imitation of Freddy
was great. He had every song down and all the movements. His voice
while not as good as Mercury was full of verve and I thought he
handled the audience wonderfully. I had a great time and will have
my friends look for the show in Orlando and Conn. if it gets there.
He did a great job. They all did.
PS every restaurant was closed by the time the show was over.

ONE NIGHT OF QUEEN PEORIA CIVIC CENTER
After waiting 3 years due to cancelations due to Covid we were hoping we would'nt be disappointed after waiting so long. Let me tell you that my wife and I and our grandson who has loved Queen even before the movie came out, absolutely loved the show! They absolutely Rocked. Gar Mullen is a performer and entertainer! He had the sold out crowd on there feet singing, dancing and they brought down the house! We hope they come back to Peoria Civic center again soon. We will go again. If you have doubt about a queen cover band just GO you will not regret it!

ONE DAY OF QUEEN MELODY TENT
The concert was amazing the venue was fabulous it was not too hot we had to get evacuated because of lightning but they brought us back and it was just fabulous. To the people that think it was too loud well maybe they just shouldn’t go to a concert. Kudos to the band the drummer especially answer the hotel across the street they kept us dry and well watered while we were evacuated for an hour due to lightning. The staff at that hotel stepped up and it was wonderful. In true Cape Cod fashion God bless

GREAT SHOW GREAT PREFORMING
I was very pleased with the One night with Queen show. I got to see Queen twice in the 80’s and this is probably the closest you are going to get to the real thing. Great job guys

THE WAY MUSIC WAS
Queen was a great Thursday night sold out crowd . Parking was fine . Pretty easy to get in arrived 30 min before show . Parked on gravel lot . Bags were quickly scanned and a gorgeous snack and beverage bar was directly beyond . Cabernet was $23 standard venue prices on all products . The crowd was mixed from 10 years old to what seemed like 100! Some obvious “true queen fans “ were dressed like Mercury , some rock fans and others just out for the night . Once the concert started everyone was seated comfortably in a theatre style seat . So comfortable no one wanted to get up! 3 songs in Mullen wasn’t having it ! He complained about people “being on their cell phones” and stated show is “right here right now “! Amazing turn of energy ! Every member of the band was excellent. They brought down the house with multiple costume changes and crazy crowd energy Great clean sing along music that was a great night out ! The way music used to be ! Wow ! Real band . Real talent ! Go see !

PERFORMANCE VERY GOOD...THEATER CONDITIONS VERY POOR
4 Stars for performance, 1 star for theater! The performance was very good. The theater air conditioning, however, was not. On a warm very humid night with a sold out crowd, the theater was physically extremely uncomfortable.. The audience was fanning themselves with the program sheets while beads of sweat ran down our backs. Even "Freddie Mercury" commented on it from the stage. Very disappointing for a venue that is supposed to be professional.

WAY TO LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!
This show was WAAAAAY TOOO LOUD! We wore ear plugs and even so our ears were ringing afterwards. I might have given a higher rating, but the high volume just took away from the show. To those in charge of sound, LOUDER is NOT always better!

SOUND NEEDS ADJUSTED
Can't hear the singer, being drowned out by band. Lighting guy having problems following Freddie wannabe when off stage.

DISSAPOINTED
Did not enjoy the Freddy Mercury wanna be. He was over the top and trying to imitate. Music was very good however, Not everyone can stand and dance and he encouraged everyone to stand. Could not see the band when everyone stood, and we were 7 rows back from the stage. We left when they went to a break.
