What a poorly executed disaster. With an audience largely made up of children, Covid testing (or proof of being fully vaccinated) was required and "free testing" was conducted across the street. We arrived and walked 4 and 1/2 blocks to find the end of the line. The show was scheduled to begin at 3 and we waited in line for 2 hours.At 4 someone from the Both Center came to our segment of the line and told us they held the show until 4, we would not make it in, and instructed us to walk across the street to get in the other line for a refund. After waiting in line in the cold with a 4 and 6 year old, I could not put them through having to wait in another line so we left without a refund. Important to note: There were only 4 nurses conducting testing for hundreds of children - problem number one. Problem number 2 - did the Wang / Both Center not foresee that their entire audience for this show would have to be tested since no children are able to be fully vaccinated at this time? There was nothing on the website - no notification to tell us to arrive 4 hours before the show to get tested because it would take literally hours. They did not accept the rapid test, by the way. We traveled from Martha's Vineyard, stayed in a hotel, spent hundreds on tickets and had two very disappointed children. Shame on you, Wang Both Center
